Breakfast Program

The NVSS Breakfast program offers a free breakfast to students each day, including cereal and fruit.

Every Wednesday morning, students are served a hot breakfast featuring pancakes, waffles or breakfast sandwiches including gluten-free and dairy-free options.

NVSS also participates in the BC School Fruits and Vegetables Program, which provides fresh produce to students once a month.

 

Hot Lunch Program

The Hot Lunch Program operates every day with a rotating schedule of menu items.

Clinic Days

Rotating doctors from the Omineca Medical Clinic are on site every Wednesday from 9:00-12:30. Students are encouraged to book an appointment ahead of time.

Services include prescription refills, general health inquiries, liquid nitrogen for wart removals and follow up on sports injuries.

Mental Health Counselling

A certified mental health clinician from ConnexUs (Nechako Valley Community Services) is available every Thursday morning from 9:00-12:00. Students are encouraged to book an appointment ahead of time.
